Orbic AI provides a cross-border SaaS platform including an AI tool directory, free evaluation suite, comparison tools, and creator listing services. Features and availability may change as we develop the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
AI tool creators who list products on Orbic AI agree to provide accurate product information, honor stated pricing and free tier terms, and comply with applicable laws in regions where their products are offered. Orbic AI reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms or mislead users.
Paid plans (Pro, Standard Listing, Featured Listing) are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Reviews and evaluation notes submitted by users must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may remove content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
Orbic AI's platform, branding, and original content are owned by Orbic AI Inc. Listed AI tools remain the property of their respective creators. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute platform content without permission.
Orbic AI provides discovery and evaluation tools — we do not guarantee the performance, security, or suitability of any listed AI tool. Users are responsible for their own evaluation and purchasing decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbic AI Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or any listed third-party tools.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
